• Illegal Activities Involving Minors: Any content depicting, facilitating, or promoting illegal activities involving minors
• Non-Consensual Content: Sharing intimate, nude, or sexual images or videos of minors without consent

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on the Social Rocket AI platform:

• Sexual Content Involving Minors: Any sexual, sexually suggestive, or nudity-related content involving individuals under 18 years, including animated, AI-generated, or digitally altered content
• Grooming & Predatory Behavior: Communication with minors aimed at exploitation, including isolation, gift-giving, privacy requests, or trust-building for harmful purposes
• Exploitation & Trafficking: Content depicting child labor, human trafficking, forced marriage, bonded labor, or other forms of child exploitation
• Endangerment Content: Content encouraging self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, substance abuse, or activities endangering minors
• Recruitment & Radicalization: Content recruiting minors for illegal activities, violent extremism, gang involvement, or harmful purposes
• Harassment & Bullying: Targeted harassment, cyberbullying, threats, intimidation, or doxing of minors

5. Reporting Abuse

We encourage all users to report suspected child exploitation or abuse immediately. We take all reports with utmost seriousness, investigate them promptly, and handle them with discretion.

6. Enforcement Actions

Social Rocket AI takes all violations of child safety standards with the utmost seriousness. Child sexual abuse and exploitation always leads to permanent termination under our zero-tolerance policy. For other violations of these standards, enforcement actions are applied proportionately based on severity and may include:

• Content Removal: Removal of prohibited content from Social Rocket AI
• Account Warning: Official notice of policy violation for minor or first-time infractions
• Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access for repeated violations
• Permanent Termination: Immediate and permanent account termination for serious violations or policy breaches
• Law Enforcement Referral: Reporting to NCMEC, law enforcement, and other relevant authorities as required by law
• Cooperation with Authorities: Responding to lawful requests from authorities investigating child exploitation

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Social Rocket AI cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities to combat child exploitation and abuse, in line with applicable law.
